"Very nice and comfortable "

"10/10 for the service provided. Every single day we got fresh towels. We arent ones that like our room cleaned so we came back every single day to fresh towels in a bag which was exceptional! I will say, we paid and stayed in the nicer suites with the balcony, couch, and small table since it was our honeymoon (a pretty penny) so in turn I thought that breakfast would be included and frankly I could have sworn it was when we booked since we thought that would make things so much easier on us. But it wasnt included, we just got a voucher for a slightly cheaper (€3 cheaper) "buffet" breakfast. The in hotel restaurant was very nice for the breakfast, we didnt do dinner there though or room service so we cant speak to that. The only up side was that we tried some other very lovely breakfast spots. But it was disappointing no less. The front desk people were so very kind and helpful, with an immense amount of guidance on things to do. They left a card welcoming and thanking us for staying at their hotel for our honeymoon. The location is a 10/10 for sure and a riverside balcony was amazing some nights while we were decompressing from our days. Very nice hotel and we would stay there again for sure. But let it be known there is no breakfast included. We didnt try to other amenities either so we cant speak to that. "

"The accommodation was surprisingly luxurious. The bed was absolute bliss & like sleeping on a cloud. Although we were only there for a short stay the pricing for what we received in comparison to the overpriced competitors was truly fantastic. We will 100% be staying here again on our next trip to Limerick ! "

"Stayed in one of the suites and it was beautiful and very clean. The service and hospitality was absolutely excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The leisure centre (especially pool) is a bit tired and needs updating but other than that, a great stay. "
