Loved the location -- right on the river, great people/dog watching. The cookies up in the Executive Lounge were excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy walk to a lot of really nice bars (Locke Bar in particular). Car rental and train station also an easy walk away. 10/10 will recommend AND will stay here again.

Clean hotel , I liked it very much only complains I have are I arrived there early and they said they would try to get room as soon as possible but they took several several hours even after telling me room was almost ready several times. Also gym says closes at 10 but the front desk gym associate told me 9:40 and they turn off the lights on you at 9:40

The hotel was lovely. It was in walking distance to the bus and train station and all the attractions in Limerick. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We worked with Siobhan, who helped us check in, get breakfast vouchers, and called us a cab in the morning. She was great! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Comfy beds. Delicious breakfast with lots of food choices! Thank you!
