Fabulous stay, very friendly staff, especially Sharron who couldn’t do enough for us, even finding out the make of the coffee cups for me!! Just one thing that we thought could be improved would be to have a kettle for teas and coffees in the room rather than having to go down to the basement, otherwise a great stay.

The room was very small for the (not insignificant) price. When we checked in, reception did not ask us if we needed help with our bags (which would have been useful). The location is also quite out of the center for tourist destinations. I would not choose to stay here again.

A beautiful place to stay. Staff was extremely kind and accommodated our early check out needs. A hand written welcome note in the room was a lovely touch. Very nice common area with treats available was also a plus.
