Centralissimo e nuovo, dislocato in zona comoda a tutto ( supermercato, via centrale con negozi e ristoranti, percorso di salita al cratere e spiagge). Fornito di tutto e curato nei dettagli, doccia grande, doppio bagno, aria condizionata in entrambe le stamze e cucina esterna comodissima. "Great and Beautiful location. Safe, secure. Near everything you need. Short walk to the harbor, restaurants, shopping, the sites....no car required. "Ad agosto 2023 ho soggiornato, insieme alla mia famiglia, circa una settimana, in questo splendido appartamento, nel centro storico di Lupari, a 4 passi da piazza Marina Corta. Siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento, oltre ad essere arredato con gran gusto, è stra-comodo, peraltro è anche dotato di aria condizionata. Lo spazio esterno, proprio sotto le mura del castello, è molto suggestivo. Eugenio, il proprietario, è cortese e disponibile. Spero di tornarci."

"Bellissimo soggiorno in un' isola con un mare incantevole. La proprietà si trova a circa 200 m dal mere, ma posizionata su un' altura con una certa pendenza. Purtroppo durante il soggiorno abbiamo trovato un problema idraulico che non e' stato risolto per tempo."
