The hotel was very clean, but the soundproofing of the rooms from the planes were not good. The meals were average I was disapointed that we had to pay for the parking in the carpark in the hotel grounds, base on how much the rooms cost

The hotel is convenient for the airport and if you are happy to use public transport then the bus stop is just across the road but that's about the only good thing going for it. My room was one of the internal ones which are tiny. The bathroom is very dated and had mould spots around the bath and washbasin and the bath panel was damaged by the dampness of the room, probably made worse because the extractor fan didn't work. The shower head is useless for anyone over 5ft 6"tall but the water was hot! Pay a bit more and book early enough to get one of the better hotels close by

This hotel is in need of major repairs and I do not recommend it on our experience! I've never experienced such a poor level of hotel for a Best Western! The room looked like it had recycled furniture, the curtains were falling off the rod, the bathtub finish was flaking off, and we actually had to pump the toilet a couple of times for it to flush - how archaic is that!! The walls were thin and we could hear others 'pumping their toilet' all night. The hotel does offer a shuttle for a fee from Heathrow if you contact them ahead of your arrival. As we were touring around, and our plans were changing based on weather, what was open, etc. we were not sure when we would arrive by tube so did not book ahead - big mistake as trying to find the right bus was not easy. We were told by one of the other bus drivers that the hotel used to be a different name so Best Western was not listed on the Hoppa Bus list so we ended up taking a taxi! The only good thing about our room was the bed was clean and comfy. I would not recommend this hotel!

Sink had no plug, which means if something falls in the sink it’s bye-bye. In addition, shower was not working. I asked lobby staff and they were totally intransigent, terrible service, terrible facilities upkeep
