"Amazing hotel with an unbeatable location. The service was brilliant with Sebastian and John being so welcoming on arrival at the train station and helpful on departure including assisting me with gifts from the market. I was unexpectedly provided with free champagne and chocolates as a welcome gift. The room was fantastic with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast experience on the terrace with the sound of the waterfalls and a clear view of Machu Picchu was a once in a lifetime experience."

From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly from greeting us at the train station to providing us with hot towels and tea upon our arrival. "The view was amazing from our room. They charged me $40 dollars for a late check out. We had 2 rooms. They said that we needed to pay for both rooms. Because if we payed for one room. only 2 people would be able to go in the room. We booked with Expedia. It said free breakfast included. They also charged us for breakfast at the hotel. "
