What I didn’t like was the car transfer from the airport arranged by the concierge … a half hour ride with an average driver cost over $400 … almost a third again on the price of the room .. "The room was built so that there is a gap between the bathroom and bedroom wall. You can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the bathroom with the loudest, surprising toilet flush. Also the hot tub area was dinky and across the valet parking entrance, so very inconvenient and strange. The actual hot tub was not clean. Our bathing suits needed several cleanings. "

"I stayed here for one night in April 2024 on a business solo trip. The main reason for my choice was the hotel’s closeness to the airport after a long and tiresome trip. In the end, I still got their free shuttle, which is fast and often, and runs at the departures level of all terminals - distances here are large anyway. "Have stayed here at various times over the past since 90's. Renovated rooms...great bar and food quality surprisingly good at the lobby restaurant and bar. Outstandingly service all around, bartenders very friendly and great at their jobs. In fact, all the workers seem to go the extra mile, front desk, valet parking, bar and restaurant and house keeping. Im going to keep on coming!"
