The hotel staff were wonderful on check in. They greeted us on arrival before we even entered the lobby, collected our bags and remembered everything we asked for. Really a good experience. The service in the restaurant was excellent too.

Very clean and updated property. Although we did not like the smell in the hallway. We think it was new carpet smell that was overwhelming. We had to be very cautious walking around to pier.

My first problem with the hotel was the hidden deposit fee that I was not aware of and wasn’t displayed while booking the hotel. My second problem was parking was not included in booking the room in order to park my vehicle I had to pay a certain fee per night which was ALSO not included while booking the hotel. Overall I personally would never come here again.

Very nice hotel and staff. Loved being able to use the bikes. Wish they had had a microwave or coffee maker in the room. In room fridge was very small. Valets were nice but parking is expensive.
