The hotel is good, the staff is friendly, everything is clean, and there is underground parking. The only problem is the breakfast: they offer terrible coffee, snack bars, and pre-packaged sweet pastries.

This is nice hotel. Rooms look remodeled and very clean. Easy to the Santa Monica Pier. Close to the Getty Museum and Villa. Staff is very nice but the breakfast is with packaged muffins. Tea and coffee is great.

clean room. super friendly staff. really cool balcony. The staff was so professional too. There was another group who were having issues (they were clearly in the wrong) and the manager spoke politely and respectfully and offered so many options to remedy the issue.

This motel was clean and quiet, and perfectly located for us. The front desk staff is friendly and well-trained. Breakfast is just a granola bar or prepackaged muffin which was not really breakfast, snd parking available means $10 per day. Lots of security cameras especially in parking garage. We loved our balcony.
