"I like the view at the veranda facing the swimming pool area. Unfortunately the unit itself is not quite orderly. The tile floor is broken, no microwave to use if you need to warm up your food , washer is also not usable coz they said it’s defective. The veranda door is also broken. Cleanliness of the room isn’t ideal, the rugs used looks dirty and the floor underneath the rug was dirty. The aircon isn’t working that well. Bedsheets and towels should at least be changed since we’ve stayed there...

"I liked that 4 large malls were about a 19 minute walking radius. Lots of restaurants to choose from if you are into authentic Asian foods. Security guards are there 24/7 and we flet veey safe."

"Room was booked for three people but only two towels were provided. No soap for the bathroom sink. Bath mat was extremely dirty. Not a sufficient amount of toilet paper provided. We had to go buy some from a nearby store. Room was very heavily perfumed on arrival. Great for a quick stay to get to and from the airport but wouldn’t spend more time at this property "

"Noli was very helpful in getting through the minor issues that popped up. Initially wifi wasnt fully working and Noli was able to help us get it working within two hours. Helped us in person for pool access and was flexible in our checkin and checkout times. Made the trip very enjoyable for family."

"First and foremost, wonderful host! The place is very clean and spacious. Easy walk to the mall, restaurant and grab and go food. The place is complete with amenities you need for extended stay or short term. We will stay here again when in town. "

"Paid parking. We were quoted higher than the posted parking price. Roaches in the room, and difficulty contacting the person in charge of our room. We refused to stay in the condition we found the room in, and were refused a refund. I absolutely will never go to this place again! Pool is closed Mondays as well. Worst experience ever."

"the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? "
