"The property is a wonderful place to stay. The view is amazing from the wrap around porch. This is the 3rd time we have stayed there. Not far from Berlin, Sugar Creek, Mt. Hope, Charm or Walnut Creek. My sister and adult daughter love to get away there for a girls retreat. Eli is a wonderful host. It is very clean and comfortable and has a hot tub! The goats are a bonus."

"The home was cute and clean. It was nice to have a full kitchen and the little touches left by the host were so thoughtful. It was great to have fresh eggs left from their chickens water and condiments. The outside was a relaxing place to have coffee and watch the birds and squirrels. I would definitely recommend this property!"

"The cottage was so quaint and comfortable, it was difficult to leave to visit the area. Very well stocked with so many extras, better in life than the pictures. Enjoyed every moment and would definitely stay again, hopefully for more than three nights"

"Right off the bat I will say this cute little cottage is beautifully decorated. The living room was cozy and comfortable. There were games that we thoroughly enjoyed. The cottage was very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are small, so watch those shins on the bed corners! The fenced in yard was a really nice bonus. The host Jeremy was wonderful. Any issues I had that were in his power, he was on top of to resolve immediately! With that being said, I have a hard time rating it 4 stars but...

"This was our very first rental property experience and it was perfect. The cottage is just a cozy as it looks and the host Bethany is very quick to respond. "We were visiting the area for a basketball tournament and decided to stay here to give our family a bit of a retreat from the busy schedule. The weather was unseasonably warm for April and we were able to enjoy the outdoor beach and basketball courts during downtime. The house is clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed and the hosts even left some bottled water. Our only feedback was the bed was overly firm for our liking and the floors were a pitched down in certain areas which...

"The cabin was nice, in a quiet location and close to many shops, food and entertainment The only issue we experienced was other renters who let their dogs run loose and did not control them. This is not an issue with the rental but maybe a leash rule should be enforced since the outside grassy area is shared with all renters. The place is lovely and we enjoyed the surroundings and community. Thank you!"
