"The hotel is well maintained, exceptionally clean, has wonderful linens. We stayed in an upstairs room with very narrow winding staircase with no handrails. Difficult to navigate as we are a senior couple. The room was small, but well appointed. However, the peaked ceiling did not allow for a complete wall between the bedroom and bathroom and afforded little privacy. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. "Our room was very clean and comfortable. It looked exactly like the photos. We were on the 2nd floor and faced the main road. With the windows closed, there was minimal noise from outside. The hotel itself was very quiet. The location is quite good as it is outside of the main tourist areas but there is a bus only a 5 minute walk away which will take you to Brussels Centraal. We stayed here 2 nights at the start of our holiday and one night at the end."

"Warm welcome by Mario who provided an excellent breakfast. Large comfortable clean bedroom with a fridge replenished daily. Excellent location for getting in and out of the city. A lift is available if the stairs get too much for the higher floors."
