Great customer service... manager was excellent!

Pretty old place but we just needed somewhere to stay on a quick notice. Manager was extremely accommodating and very helpful. Not his fault the place is old. No AC but comfy bed and a quiet neighborhood.

Basic and functional.

This flat was perfect for a functional overnight stay. Instructions for access and checkout were easy to follow. The flat was large and clean, furniture, furnishing etc was basic but all ok. Book parking in advance. 10 minutes walk to the city centre.

- Ants infesting the room and bathroom. We even found some ants in a backpack after arriving home after the stay. Extremely concerning and uncomfortable. - Room was not cleaned once over a 7 day stay. No new towels or bedding. Daily cleaning is an optional charge but a weekly clean would've been nice. - No air conditioning. The temperature hit 35°C with no option for cooling the room down. - Great location with walkable food and transport options - Cheap Stay here only if you want a bed to sleep on and a place to shower. Absolutely not recommended for couples or families.

The size of the room was excellent! But the floor was soo dirty we had to ask them to clean it, and it still was not fresh. The ventilation in the room was really bad, and the room became very stuffy. The water was cut of several times and at times there was not not water. Location is excellent!

The room was okay although the pillows were awful. The bathroom had no ventilation so they smelled of mold and the plumbing in the shower was good so although it drained, yhe room had the stench of mold and urine. It was clean but you needed the doors and windows open to make it smell better and avoid allergy irritations. I will not be coming back to this property.

The place was okay for it's price but, having no air-conditioning was very rough during the middle of summer. We couldn't combat the heat from opening the windows since there wasn't a bug screen so mosquitoes would enter. There was missing bed legs on one of the beds we stayed in making it wobbly and it was the same case for the sofas. Would probably recommend this place during any other seasons, just not summer.

Really poor!

The location is right in the centre of Mechelen, but the inside condition is poor in all aspects. Cleaning is below average, furniture needs some upgrades. I had 2 set of towels, 1 clean, 1 not. No amenities in bathroom, only a phon with a thick layer of dust. I would not recommend to professionals nor to a family looking for a cheap accomodation

As is often said: you get what you pay for. The place has seen better days and is more aligned for non-fussy workers needing a mid-term stay rather than being marketed by as a hotel. Very basic but functional. It didn’t feel very secure as the balcony sliding door did not lock and I was on the 1st floor. Parking was the biggest issue, you’re not guaranteed a place even though you pay a premium for it and it is filled with large wheelbase vans which make things difficult. Be prepared to get up early to move your vehicle or be blocked in when you if you need to leave early. That said, although very inconvenient, they did provide a quick refund when I was not able to park.

Bon accueil , chambre de très bonne taille . Literie bonne et draps et linge de toilette propre . Emplacement idéale. Les moins douche en mauvaise état , manque de matériel au niveau cuisine .Couloirs en mauvais état. Dales au sol decolé . Odeur très forte de tabac et pas que mais malheureusement là ce n est pas l hôtel qui est responsable .

Une Torture !!!!

Il faisait une chaleur étouffante, mais nous pourrons pas ouvrir les fenêtres car devant le logement il s’agit d’une route pavée et les voitures qui passent donnent le bruit d’une piste d’atterrissage en continu. Sans compter la propreté, qui est vraiment douteuse et sans compter les fourmis qui se promène en liberté. Je vous passe l’isolation des murs qui est de l’épaisseur d’une feuille à cigarette.

Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihre Lage im Zentrum von Mechelen. Der Raum ist groß. Im Hof kann man im Grünen sitzen und auch die Fahrräder abstellen.

De locatie, vlakbij het centrum is het enige goede. Vies, meubilair, gordijnen kapot, balkon vies en gevaarlijk, kapot raam, schuifpui ging bijna niet open. Erg warm. Kookplaat deed het nauwelijks. Linnengoed rook niet fris. Veel schimmel. Prijs kwaliteit erg slecht
