"The attention from the staff was excellent. Especially Niko He provided his personal cell number. He was available round the clock. A defective power converter tripped breakers in our unit at midnight and he came right over from his home to fix it. His recommendations for tours and restaurants were spot on. Our suite had its own hottub. Customizable breakfast is brought to your room at a time of your choosing. The staff was phenomenal, especially the manager Georgia. "We loved the proximity to the many shops and cafes around the main strip of Fira. It was also a short walk from the main bus stop in Fira - around 2 Euros to go anywhere. We also took a bus from the airport for this price. Beats overpaying for a taxi. The breakfast at Panorama was amazing. Their french toast was great as were their selections of cute and tasty pastries. We did not stay in for any other meals so unclear on whether lunch and dinner had similar quality.
