"The lock to the building was broken on arrival and it took us two hours to access the property / building ! We were dismissed by Huswell for days that they were not responsible to fix the lock. The first night we were locked into the building because of the broken lock which is a huge safety issue in case of a fire ! We requested more towels and we were dismissed. "This is a very new apartment with all new and modern appliances and finishings. It’s a wonderful space and perfectly central to everything in the city. It lacks a few things that are important however. Such as a towel holder in the toilet and bathroom, a shelf in the shower. There is plumbing downstairs for a 2nd toilet which we felt was very needed. Also during our stay was 26-30 degrees C. Without a/c, or fans, we had to open the windows day and night. Finding the apartment was challenging since I couldn’t open up the link to the image he had sent via the vrbo app but figured it out in my email in google.
