Good base if you have a car to visit Bruge. Rooms basic but do the job and worked well for a family of 5. Very good value for money.

Extremely clean, perfect for a one night stop off, would comfortably stay for 2 nights. Everything provided that we needed and they seem to have thought of everything. Was pleasantly surprised to find that there were sliding doors to separate the sleeping spaces making great use of a small space. Would recommend for a short stay

Well designed small holiday suite for 5. We stayed one night but it would have been fine for longer. Welcome pack didn't include soap for hand washing, so I am glad I read previous reviews and came prepared.

The description doesn’t mention the accommodation comes totally empty of all amenities (except toilet rolls and bed sheets). We would have paid for towels if the extra charge had been made. There was no coffee, tea or soap Guests are instructed on leaflets to clean the flat, take out their own rubbish and vacate by 10am. The sofa is in poor condition, hidden under a cheap cover, and we got given a packet of biscuits as compensation. The overall experience felt low-quality and avoidable

The parking code wasn’t working, we got soaked trying to sort it. It wasn’t clear towels weren’t included. The bedding had dirty packaging of someone else’s food and to be honest for the price I’d expect them to be made. The sofa bed was awful, bits falling off, not comfortable which they addressed with biscuits but to be honest I’d rather have been given some throws to cover it

We booked over Expedia and only after i paid I got to know that I would have to take towels from home or pay extra. I paid extra and still haven't found any towels in the room. The beds I had to do it myself, and in one of the bedsheet there was a big hole. There was no soap in the bathroom. Arrived at midnight, the parking code didn't work and I had to park in the city. The place in general would be ok but people should know clearly in advance what is going to book.

Didn’t like much, i heard AFTER i booked and paid that I had to make the bed, that I had to take tow er ls, that there was no reception staff and that I had to tidy up, strip the beds and take out the rubbish. That’s like a lot of work for what I paid. The sofa was so badly worn out that I didn’t want to sit on it. Pretty rubbish all in all.

Once we arrived we noticed there weren’t any towels or washcloths. Upon looking at literature in the room we discovered there is an extra charge for towels. This seems ridiculous since everyone needs towels! I have never seen this before

Relaxed when you have everything with you

If you don’t forget your shower- and kitchen towels, some handsoap and toilet paper (1/2 roll is provided), you’ll be almost as comfortable as in your own home. There’s enough space, it’s very clean, you get a full kitchen at your disposal with everything you need to just shop at the supermarket and prepare some food and turn on the dishwasher (Tabs, sponge, dish soap and wipes are provided). If you want to hop outside, you just open the sliding door and walk out. If you like a double bed better, just pull open the sleep sofa. It’s very comfy. Sheets are wrapped in a foil for all beds, so after you have made your bed(s) you’re good to go :) there’s air conditioning, the curtains provide privacy and it’s nice and quiet out :) Snack bar is around the corner, because the camp site is next door. A huge Carrefour Hypermarket is a 15 min drive away. Certainly a recommendation!

The appartments arent easy to find. We drove around for a while before finding them by chance. Nothing a few extra signs wouldn't fix. Unfortunately, the corridors where full of bags and cleaning equipment when we arrived. Considering we arrived after check in, id have thought the cleaning would have been competed before we had arrived and all rubbish/bedding removed from the corridors before new guests arrive as it doesnt give a great first impression. The apparent was mostly clean but had empty bottles under the sofa. I do feel the expectation to have to make up and strip down the beds as well as taking out the rubbish was a bit much. This cuts into your arrival time and doesn't leave much time in the morning of departure. The beds are compfortable and its a good size for 4 people (2 adults and 2 older teens) but unfortunately, theres no natural air flow due to no windows. This caused me and my son to both get migraines which impacted us the following day. These are lovely apparents but unfortunately, wouldn't stay again
