Holiday Rentals in West Flanders Province

"The staff were totally terrific and lovely, sadly the hotel is over hyped. It is clearly not a four star hotel and so we were disappointed. It is on a busy main road (not pretty), parking is limited and the reality is one must walk to a huge parking lot up the street. This is fine but it is a little more hassle. The swimming pool has seen better days and looks better in the photo. It feels like a premier inn which is ok, but the internet descriptions really make this hotel to be better than it is. If you want a mid range standard hotel with no frills then go ahead, but if you are thinking 4 star luxury this is not the place for you. That said, the staff were so helpful and kind that it took the edge off the disappointment !"

"The location was good near the city centre could explore the square easily. Visited in night, the lounge was small but there is coffee machine and also with Novotel nearby there is bar to sit. Room was clean and staff friendly checkout and checkin with the terminal was quick"

"We initially had a nice stay here, but ended up with bed bug bites (bites take a day or so to show up, so we had left already). If you’ve never had bed bugs before, reactions vary from person to person, but I ended up in the ER. When we reached out to the hotel letting them know about the bed bugs (room 1), we never got a response. Otherwise, staff was not friendly at check-in, location was great, room was spacious. Shower in bathroom was uncomfortable, towels sparse, bed was lumpy. Beware of this hotel, as they don’t seem to care if their visitors get bed bugs."
