We got free upgrade to a suite with balcony viewing of the sea and surrounded with purple wisterias. The suite was spacious and prepared the welcoming champagne and fresh fruits. "The service was superb. When we walked in to check in, we were met by the Hotel Manager Antonio Nocera with a big greeting. He shared with us the workings of the hotel and areas around it. The check in service people were always pleasant and helpful. We had drinks at happy hour each day and also enjoyed a late dinner one night. Breakfast was wonderful with lots of options and great service. Happy hour and dinner were served by a wonderful gentleman Anu, from Sri Lanka, who always greeted us and provided the best service. Overall, great hotel with a close location to the port and easy access to the cable car which took you up to the town of Capri and the shopping areas."
