This place was amazing!!! The views, breakfast and staff were off the charts. Actually all the food from the restaurant was so good. The customer service here was probably the best we have ever experienced. Just be aware you have to ride the shuttle into town and the bathrooms are tiny. They could use more shelves and hooks :) But I still rate this hotel a 10/10!

What a great hotel! The entire staff went above and beyond on everything especially Francesca at the front desk. She was soooo helpful. Francisco and his restaurant/bar staff made our trip exceptional. First time here and I would highly recommend it. Breakfast was included (delicious everyday), the complimentary shuttle bus was a huge benefit. Can't wait to come back. Room 106 loved you! ♥️

The locationof the Christina hotel provided us amazing views. The shuttle service to the train station was very much appreciated, and they were very accommodating. I especially thought the staff went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met and concerns were answered. I cannot say enough positives about this experience. I will definitely recommend this to any of my friends will be traveling to the Sorrento area.

Hotel provides an amazing view of Sorrento from all locations. The Restaurant and pool staff are exceptional. The Housekeeping staff are amazing, rooms were spotless. The front desk had some helpful staff, some not so helpful. Their Shuttle service was very dependable.

Hotel Cristina was amazing and I wish we were able to stay longer!! We picked an ocean view room and it did not disappoint. On our trip we visited Rome, Florence, Milan, La Spezia and Venice and this bedroom area was the most spacious out of all our hotels. The room also was very cool and we were given two keys so we kept one in our room for it to be cool when we came back. We were out and about for most of our stay so we were not able to enjoy the pool or bar though the breakfast was very good and have a good variety. The shuttle service was nice too and had frequent stops. The only thing I’ll note is though the hotel is in Sant’Agnello, you will need to get off at the Sorrento train station for the shuttle. We had an amazing time and I would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I’m in Italy!

Centrally located hotel where they have their own shuttle that takes guests down to center every hour. That was very convenient. The view from hotel is amazing. Staff was extremely helpful with every question promptly answered and finding solutions when needed anything. Everyone spoke English which was very helpful. Hotel and rooms were clean. Breakfast was decent. I was happy with overall everything at Christina Hitwl.

We stayed at Hotel Cristina in Sorrento from September 11–16 and had a wonderful experience. It was a great place to spend five nights while exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. One of the best things about the hotel is the location and the incredible views. Being up above Sorrento gives you beautiful views over the Bay of Naples and the surrounding area. Sitting outside and enjoying the scenery was one of our favorite parts of the stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had a very relaxed atmosphere that was perfect after long days exploring Sorrento, Positano, and the Amalfi Coast. We also appreciated the shuttle service into Sorrento, which made getting back and forth much easier. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cristina. Beautiful views, great service, comfortable accommodations, and a peaceful setting. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again on another trip to Sorrento!

Great location. Amazing views. The rooms were clean, and very quiet at night. The breakfast and restaurant were good. We also enjoyed the public spaces and pool. Having the shuttle also made getting too and from downtown easy.

Everyone was so helpful and polite. The view is amazing. Was nice to have breakfast every morning, The shuttle is very nice and convenient, just make sure you plan your days knowing the shuttle times if you book for something. Definitely recommend this place!

Wonderful stay at the Hotel Cristina! The breakfast was amazing and the staff was some of the friendliest I’ve come across in Italy. We stayed in the villa which was a short walk down the road from the hotel. It was spacious, clean and perfect for our family of 5 to spread out after a long day. The hotel is located a good 10 minutes away from the city center; the location had stunning views and was nice to be away from all the noise and crowds in the city. The shuttle was perfect to get us into town and back every day. Very satisfied with our stay and look forward to visiting again!
