What a pleasant surprise! The hotel is close enough to walk to Sorrento but distant from the bustle of tourists. Absolutely best customer service and five star breakfast. Very elegant in every way! I highly recommend this hotel.

We just got back from our stay at Majestic Palace, which we truly enjoyed! The room was clean and modern, with a balcony looking onto a terrace. We were near the main road so could be nosy at times, but it wasn’t too bad. The breakfast buffet had a small range of choice, but was all very nice! We enjoyed the rooftop bar, the drinks and bar snacks were very good too. The staff were all excellent, they were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is roughly a mile away from the centre of Sorrento; we walked in every day, it was manageable for us but should be considered if you have mobility issues. Make sure you to go and sit in and explore the gardens at the back of the hotel too, it’s beautiful! I would highly recommend staying here!

The Majestic palace was so nice and so clean. Staff were so kind and the property was beautiful. Our view was stunning. I will say that the property was farther away from the lively streets and restaurants. But it was a short 20-30 minute walk.

The staff at this hotel make you feel like a celebrity. The hospitality is really unmatched. The facility itself is beautiful with a lovely walking ground. Rooftop deck has a spectacular view of the coast and nearby hillside. Location about a 5 minute walk from oceanfront dining. Hotel provided breakfast had excellent coffee and authentic Italian pastries along with meats and cheeses and wonderful service from the hotel staff. Also, dry gin bar was so great! Good cocktails with top notch service. To get to the main train stations and sorrento center plan on a 30 minute walk. Area is safe and quieter than downtown sorrento. Recommend as a good home base for exploring the Almalfi coast.

Beautiful hotel with very spacious rooms and bathrooms. Nice view overlooking the lemon trees and beautiful distance views. Beautiful 1 mile walk to main area in town. Taxi ride to dock for boats to Capri and Ischa. Rooftop dry martini bar was spectacular and if it’s raining or too cool the dry martini bar first floor is beautiful. Pool area very nice with service. I gave this 4 stars ONLY because we asked for a coffe just to go as we missed breakfast by a few minutes. Reception went into ask whomever was in charge and they said no. Seemed like too simple of a request to not be honored and did not match any of accommodating staff we had dealt with . Sometimes it’s the little things that give the biggest impression

This hotel is incredible, staff very friendly and accommodating, great restaurant and cocktail options from Dry Martini. Rooms were very nice and spacious. The lobby and common room were breathtaking including a beautiful garden. Highly recommend to stay here.
