Beautiful view and excellent service
Nice hotel up on the hills and the view from our room was amazing and the service from the front desk to the breakfast area and the shuttle driver and waiters very helpful We are really thankful to Nello at the front desk for helping us to book all the tours. We really enjoy everything Capri, Amalfi and Positano tours. The restaurants close to the hotel and the ones at Sorrento town amazing food and the little stores in the town. We highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. If you are young and you would like to enjoy night life in Sorrento then this hotel is not for you. The bus to hotel from town takes 25 minutes, and the last but from bus station leaves at 10:15 pm. It is a good hotel for seniors, or families. That was my only issue that I really would like to enjoy city and I could not due to distance of hotel to city.

I enjoyed our stay very much. The staff were all exceptional in all areas. Very friendly and most spoke English. Add breakfast to your stay. The pool was nice and not too busy. Area is too far to walk to big town but 5 min walk to small local village if you need anything. I rented a car from Naples and drove to the town in 10 min. Drive to Positano in 40 min. Hotel booked a Ferry trip to Capri for me. Very safe area. This was a mother daughter trip and I was happy and safe the whole time. Highly recommended! Will be returning.

Staff are highly attentive, welcoming, and accommodating. Clean, safe, and quiet location. Free shuttle bus service into Sorrento and back is efficient and runs nearly hourly. Air conditioned too! Recommend booking seats in advance at reception due to demand.

Wonderful hotel amazing helpful staff free shuttle service to Sorrento center Great pckg to Amalfi Posittano by local ferry. Felt really great in the pool after busy day
