"Room and hotel very clean and fresh smelling. However one of the towels in room was visibly dirty on arrival. Also, odd that the 'chef" at breakfast was wearing Wagamama branded whites."

"The location was great close to the Marina so was very easy to join the delightful path to Mumbles The staff were polite and friendly The breakfast buffet was very good and the hot breakfast was cooked to order There was a good menu for gluten free guests as well! Would recommend and would stay again if down that way"

"Staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful and create a truely homely feel. The little welcome gift is lovely and the rooms are clean and tidy and well equipped. Slightly dated bathrooms with fixed show heads and no walk in showers but they are clean and have all that is required. Bar and restaurant is very good with great staff and food is good quality. Limited to do nearby but a large car park and quiet. Could do with a swimming pool and leisure facilities to cope with local competition. Staff make this stay and allow you to forgive the modernisation of rooms"

"Only stayed one night but everything was spick and span as you’d expect. Staff were more than helpful even allowing me to check in slightly earlier than allowed. If was looking for downside would be the boarded up pub/ restaurant next door detracting from the hotel. Few weeds growing around the building if cleaned up would be more welcoming but still good value. Can’t comment on food as I ate out"
