"For us Dubai was disappointing until we got to this resort. It was amazing. Incredible staff. Wonderful rooms and we got the basic one. Food was great. "We absolutely loved this property! I could write a book about why it was so awesome. It was so peaceful and calm. It was like we were the only ones there. My kids enjoyed playing in the pool. All of the employees were phenomenal with customer service. My kids were too small to really do any of the experiences so I asked if they could just see the camels and falcons and they said sure. Jamal was amazing he drove us around and was patient with my kids even though they were scared of the animals....

"The whole property was gorgeous despite our stay being in the middle of the largest rainfall in recent memory. The roads were rough around the hotel and villas, but the staff adapted to make sure we got to where we wanted to go in minimum time. Our view from the villa was magnificent and the dunes walkable. The villa was clean and the bed very comfortable. The food was also outstanding--a great selection and an appropriate price. The staff was first-rate. We highly recommend Tell Resort!"
