I really appreciate the kitchen personnel that helped me with my lactose intolerance so I discovered that I just had the possibility to eat fruit and black coffee. I also found very helpful the transfer to the airport, the driver was very kind. Just for the way back from the hotel to the airport, when we arrived I couldn’t get to the transfer lot, it was very complicated and I had a person who needed wheelchair with me so I decided to call a Lyft.
We asked for a 1pm checkout and the cleaning lady from 11am started to knock to our door asking if we were ready to leave.
The room has a very dirty carpet. The bathroom was half renewed but I had the whole night some water running in the bathroom wall, I think there was a huge leak that I promptly reported the following morning at the front desk but when I got the opportunity to speak with a gentleman from maintenance he wasn’t aware of the problem, anyone from the front desk reported it. The front desk personnel I think needs to learn a little more attention and nice manners. That’s my opinion. I was charged for extra fees not specified on the page and there’s also a $250 security deposit for everyone. I don’t think I would stay there again.
