"We had a great time. One issue was when we had requested our room to be serviced we left in the morning and got back in the afternoon and it was not done. Then we were told we had to leave to get it done. Went down to the pool. I was there with my older daughter and it was kind of annoying how parents just let their kids talk to strangers in the pool. We were trying to relax and kids just kept coming up to us while the parents were either in the hot tub or in the inside portion of the pool. It’s really annoying when kids that aren’t yours keep asking you to “look at their flips” parents watch your kids! ATM in the casino didn’t work. The inside of the hallway to the rooms smelled a little humid. Also the prices for the spa services are absolutely outrageous. I understand it’s a resort casino but for those prices I better have a lot better rooms and services provided. "
