"Property was nice, well kept up. Room was spacious and clean- bed was not very comfortable. Gulf view from our room was beautiful. Front desk staff when we arrived(May 31st 3:00pm) were kind and helpful, we had issues upon check in with Expedia not sending over payment but they promptly called to resolve the issue. Staff at check out were not friendly(June 3rd 11:00am). Over all a decent stay for the $$ but would likely go back to Miramar area since this property is farther from good restaurants...

"This was our first stay here and it definitely will not be our last. The staff was courteous and helpful and the customer service was impeccable. The activities on site were enjoyed by all and was appreciated that everything was kid friendly, we especially enjoyed the movies by the pool. The food was good and the breakfast buffet had so many options it was easy to satisfy everyone including the picky eaters. We had a blast! Til next time HIR FWB, we can’t wait to come back! "

It’s kind of tucked in so you really have to be looking for it to see it. The pool is smaller but good if you have small kids. The location is convenient and easy to get in and out of. We did have a hiccup when arriving with the bathroom light not working and the tv was ripped off the stand but when taking to the hotel staff, he quickly swapped us rooms. 2nd room we moved to was nice.
