When we first walked in the lady at the front desk sat next to the wall and I personally did not see her. When we walked up to her, she had an annoyed tone and was snippy with one worded responses, "ID; Here; Sign This" I'm not in the hospitality business, but I am from Texas and I try to be kind, even when this lady was being intentionally rude. The lady I am referring to had a thick accent and beads in her hair (not the young lady who checked us out). Other then that, the stay was wonderful, shower pressure was fabulous, the breakfast was a little terrible, but that's okay, we got to support local breakfast stops.
