"Love it when there are no surprises. This property was just as listed. The pictures were accurate. The checkin and departure process was super easy. The location cannot be beat! Walk out to the beach and they have a station to clean your sand off before entering the building again. We visited with three teenagers and had plenty of room for five people. The property management company and the building staff were incredibly kind. We would return again!"

"This property is the perfect location for folks new to Maine who want to explore Old Orchard Beach, Portland, Biddeford and Kennebuckport. All of these destinations are within 30 minutes with beach at OOB a short 5 minute drive away. Property itself is open and inviting. We had a two bedroom unit on the second floor. Very modern layout and appearance with all the amenities you could need. For anyone who wants to explore Maine this is the perfect spot."

"Had a great time! The listing needs to be updated with the correct access instructions and wifi info but otherwise smooth check in process. Steps away from the beach and easy parking. Good ample space for just the two of us , but there was sleeping spots for 6 but it would be a squeeze but could be okay if you’re planning on being out and about for most the day. Would definitely come back maybe when the amusement park is open, we didn’t realize it closed after Labor Day for the rest of summer...

"The unit appears to be a freshly flipped property. The great thing about that is that it was immaculately clean with brand new appliances and lovely decor. Even the bedding appeared brand new. A cute addition were the little toiletry gift boxes in the each bathroom. Also, the management team were super friendly and helpful. "The property was great and a very convenient location to the beach, shops, and pier. They have everything you could possibly need except food and clothing! Very clean, TVs and ACs in every room. The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. On our second to last day we were approached by the parking patrol and told this. He was super nice and said he wouldn't ticket us but another may. I said we were leaving the...
