Beachfront condo with a huge private balcony and amazing ocean views.

Just park and walk to everything. Live bands play at the famous Brunswick Bar on 1st floor of the building Friday and Saturday nights even off season. If you enjoy music, it is a great gateway in any weather. Perfect for people who enjoy the 7 mile sandy beach. We get booked quickly so don't wait.

Great location!

Great central location for day trips, and then you get relaxing views and sounds of the ocean. There is music from the bar below, but it was a fun atmosphere and we found it enjoyable.

Great location! If you are looking for quiet time during the evening hours this isn’t the place for you as The Brunswick restaurant is directly below. If you like music and a great view, it’s an amazing spot!

OMG the view was amazing! Very clean and modern. Plenty of sleeping space for 4, incredible! We are thinking about renting it again next year! Definitely recommend!

This has been our fifth year staying in this condo and we are always super happy with the accommodations! Very clean and well taken care of, it’s an incredible spot.. live music you can listen to from the balcony and beautiful views, also so close to everything!

Party spot

Property was hard to locate. Inside, was very nice and clean. View was a 10/10 & balcony 10/10. The noise of the bar was crazy and didnt stop till 2am. Funiture and pictures vibrating, and this was the 4th floor. Cant image going there with a family with kids. Unless I was going to party, probably wouldnt stay here again. PS front door knob desperately needs to be fixed.

Prime location!

Great location overlooking the beach. Heard a lot of great live music from the balcony and loved that we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Our son is 11 and he had a blast!

We had a great time - everything was as described and it’s a great view!I thought I had confirmed that live music wasn’t late-night except on Friday & Saturday, but Thursday was until 12pm - in the bedroom the sound was blocked out enough to sleep, but my nephew, in Livingroom, was not able to sleep through it…All good

Beach get away

The location was perfect , loved having the live music and the closeness to the beach , and being able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We parked the day we checked in and never used the car again until we checked out. The only thing that could have been better is more comfortable beds all of them were to firm. also none of the knives provided were very sharp.Other than that was a great stay , would book again for sure.
