"The row house is well located within steps of paths that take you to downtown or along the river and canal into the countryside. The trains running a few meters from the backyard make the back bedroom unsuitable for sleeping, but you do get accustomed to the noise. The house has nice bright and large rooms but is in need of a deep clean, including rugs, upholstery and woodwork. The kitchen lacks basics. We had to buy a frying pan and spatula. "A few blocks north on Abingdon Rd is a great pub at Head of the River. About 10 min walk north on Abongdon Rd is a Tesco Express food market. Only a 20-min walk north brings you to High Street, Quenn Street, and Broad Street."
