"We had an awesome stay our room was clean and ready when we arrived around 12noon!!! The staff was super friendly considering we have a very chatty 3yr old… The balcony was awesome with large windows. The restaurant by the pool was great and staff was so nice. I have been to a few steak houses in my day for a hotel restaurant it was cooked perfectly. Anyhow we would absolutely stay here again. "

Coffee options were great. Newly added nitro cold brew coffee which I loved. Service was good. Front desk staff were positive, polite and accommodating. Entry hall bathrooms were really clean and neat. Front entrance view once inside was really neat. Bellmen service outside was excellent."

"The room was built so that there is a gap between the bathroom and bedroom wall. You can hear EVERYTHING that happens in the bathroom with the loudest, surprising toilet flush. Also the hot tub area was dinky and across the valet parking entrance, so very inconvenient and strange. The actual hot tub was not clean. Our bathing suits needed several cleanings. "

"The hotel was in the process of finishing up the remodeling of the rooms on the first floor. One elevator was not working for the first day and the working elevator was very slow. The hotel was in the process of changing the floor levels. Floor 1 was changed to floor 2, floor 2 to floor 3 etc. They posted some signs, but it was still very confusing and at one point our room key did not work.
