"The house itself is good and location is great. Dealing with Vacasa is frustrating. First, there is currently construction going on in the front yard building a new main residence. They should inform you of this before you book and post actual pictures of the current situation. They added a small note in the check-in instructions sent the day of arrival. There were construction trailers parked in front so we weren’t able to park at the property. The drives on either side belong to other homes so...

"When we arrived the door was open, the room was dirty with a bad smell the house was behind another house there was no light at night my daughter fell I didn't have internet and I couldn't work at home they never did anything to help me two people came into my house at two in the morning since the door did not work, the worst vacation with my children"

"We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay."
