"We had a great time. The place was so nice. Close to beach, short tram ride or walk. Lots of things to do around the place. It was a little hard to find the check in place. Be aware of all the spring break teens. They don’t seemed to be supervised and even with an 8pm curfew it was barely enforced. We loved the room upstairs with its own living area. The bunk beds are not recommended for adults as they are 3 high. Overall I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home."

"Property was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was stocked with very basic utensils so don’t plan on cooking meals. A small coffee maker was provided but no coffee filters. Only 2 dishwasher tablets were left for our 4 day stay. Be sure to bring your own body soap & shampoo a very small amount is provided. 1 blow dryer for 2 bathrooms. Not generous with providing the extras. We paid enough for our stay for the extras to be provided."

"Really nice location! Easy walk to Suncrest Beach square for dining and some shops as well as less then 10 minute walk to the ocean. Lots of families. The area was very busy with teenagers at this time due to school break but wait times were reasonable and weather was beautiful."

"We enjoyed Sunset Watch— the rooms were well laid out for our group of 13. However, to rent to this many, you need more than 5 mugs and 4 spoons in the house! Also the website erroneously says there are 2 beach chair companies that rent on their beach- that is false. We had to pay extra to have one set up on an adjoining beach."

"Listing was accurate, unit was small, comfy, and clean. Host was very accommodating and easy to work and communicate with. Response time was quick. Allowed last minute reservation adjustment for grandchild unexpected travel arrangements. I returned minor repair in exchange for arrangement change out of appreciation to host. Advertising of this house was spot on. All the amenities needed to cook like a professional chef. The absolute best worry-free vacation I have taken in years. Everyone deserves this luxury lifestyle and you should treat yourself, friends and family to this beach haven."

"We had 4 generations (ages 1- 68) stay at the house. 16 people in total. We had the best time. The location is perfect. Being right on the beach with 6 kids under 8 was perfect. The photos don't do the home justice. We felt it was even more beautiful in person. There was room for everyone to be together and plenty of room for everyone when you wanted a little quiet time. The pool was heated perfectly. Everyone loved swimming, even after the sun went down. We're already planning next years stay."
