"What a gem of a hotel hidden in the middle of Sanur. The location is perfect and the hotel is so beautiful as well as the amazing staff on site. The wifi is great, the rooms are new and fantastic and it was one of the most relaxing places I have been since my trip to Bali. Jojo was amazing and I cant wait to visit again"

"Venue is in a location far enough away not to be affected by the noise of the bars, but for some that might be an issue. The beach(southern part) is approx 15 minutes walk away, the busier northern part is a fair distance but was a pleasant enough walk there. The room was spacious but lacked basic essential maintenance. There were stickers in the bathroom insecure with exposed wires, shower head was blocked so didn’t spray too well, multiple light bulbs not working lock on door was difficult...

"Was a beautiful hotel a bit outside of the main beach of Jungu Batu. It seems like it’s newly renovated, the rooms are spacious and clean! Pool was great for a quick dip before you hit one of the beaches on Lembongan. Staff is super friendly and helpful in case you want to book a tour or a boat back to Bali/Gilis etc. Can only recommend and would come back for sure!!"

"We loved our stay at Ubad Retreat. The staff were amazing and very helpful. Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner options smoothies. The free shuttle was handy to get into Ubud city and drivers were always very prompt. The pool is lovely and the gardens are so peaceful. We stayed with our 5 month old baby and felt very safe/happy. "We stayed at Bulan Bali Homestay for 5 days. The room was clean, service was great, and having a common kitchen was handy as we used to leave around 6 a.m. almost every day of our stay. Now coming to the not so good things: there's a temple a minute away from the place. There was celebration going on throughout the week. Due to this, roads were closed and we had to take a long way round to reach the homestay. The common kitchen and utensils were dirty. We had to clean them every time before they...

"I was very disappointed with the garden room! Way overpriced and did not look like the picture. No where to sit in or outside the room apart from the bed. Had a problem the first night in the roof but staff acted on it swiftly. The surrounding areas however were very attractive and well maintained. The food excellent quality and spa treatments good. All of the staff very well trained and pleasant. As it is outside central Ubud you are pretty much stuck in the resort unless you request...

"Close to main shopping area, plenty of eating options close by, very nice surroundings, small but nice pool, room has small fridge, comfy large bed, good bathroom, for the price it was very good value. The staff were lovely and very helpful. No amenities in room for coffee etc, but a well appointed kitchen, make your own food and coffee etc. All in all I would recommend this Guest House to anyone who wants to visit Sanur on a budget."
