"The property is in a great location and the outside space is very private. Everything is as described and the host Mario was really helpful and had thought of everything. There is an issue with the sound insulation between this and the adjoining accommodation. Even the slightest noise can be heard clearly which is not really a problem unless it happens at 4am. We mentioned it to Mario and he had a word with the neighbours. It did not happen again and we enjoyed the rest of our stay."

"It was well equipped both inside and outside. The coffee, wine, water and condiments all made settling in easy. The patio got the sun from 9am to 4pm and then you could catch the evening sun at the front. We spent a lot of time relaxing or eating outside."

"Between San Agustin and Playa del Inglés. Right on the promenade so excellent for joggers/ walkers/ cyclists etc. Beach within 5 minutes walk but pool is great and very private. Rooftop terrace for beginning and end of day too! Car probably needed for groceries etc. but you could do without if organised."
