"The hotel was so easy to walk to from Canada Place. We were able to store our bags and see the city until we were ready to check in. The concierge was very sweet, he gave us great advice and even had discounts for tickets at Capilano park. Our house keeper knew us by name and arranged her cleaning around our day. We ate dinner at the restaurant downstairs- the wine and dinner were fantastic. "

"The hotel's location is closed to Canada Place. The room (220)'s shower floor is slippery that I would suggest have a shower mat on the shower floor. There are two side with 5 steps stair before the entrance of the hotel which make quests with luggage struggling to go up. I would suggest that make a ramp for one side with 5 steps stair."

"This is a hotel recommended by a cruise YouTuber. It’s not that pricey like the hotels in downtown but it is closed to sky train station allowing you to go directly to Vancouver downtown or to where the cruse ships are within 30 minutes. The hotel is closed to a few shopping centers with good selections of food and markets. The facility is clean and staffs are friendly. It also provides complimentary airport shuttle service. I will definitely stay here in my next visit."
