"A few days to visit Poitiers Very well decorated and comfortable. The entrance is right off the street so it’s a bit noisy but the windows are doubled so not a problem. The house is on 3 floors so it is a lot of up and down But all in all it is comfortable and was a nice stay Thank you"

"Appartement de caractère décoré avec goût... propriétaire très accueillant... Appartement en plein centre ville dans quartier agréable et très calme malgré la proximité de rues passantes. Parking notre dame très proche et abordable (tarification 0.5e pour une nuit et le dimanche 0.5 en matinée et 0.5 Après midi...) Le logement dispose dune belle hauteur sous plafond donnant une sensation de plus grand espace, cuisine fonctionnelle, vous serez comme à la maison donc allez y les yeux fermés..."

"The host very kindly allowed us to arrive after the final show at Futuroscope (so around 11:15pm). Was easy to contact him and got prompt replies. The studio apartment was clean and comfortable. I would note that you do need to take your own bedding and towels. The studio is also at the top of two steep stairways, so if you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you. For us a family of 5 it suited our needs perfectly and we would stay again. Thank you Sylvain."

"Très joli appartement bien situé, mais qui mériterait juste d'un peu plus d'attention de la part de ses locataires de passage ou d'une femme de ménage. Nous avons du faire le ménage en arrivant car trouvé pas très net : sol poussiéreux + gravillons (ça se sentait très facilement en marchant pieds nus, et même en chaussures ... pas agréable du tout). Pour 2 petites journées, nous avons dû faire le ménage en arrivant et en partant. Dans le doute de savoir si la propreté est bien vérifiée avant...

"This is such a beautiful home. It is located in a quiet area close to the center of Poitiers. The house is very large, so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Phillipe is such a wonderful host. He was so incredibly kind and generous with his time. He drove all the way from Paris to meet us. We arrived early, so he had a friend meet us at the house to make sure we were able to get in. We had so much fun getting to know Phillipe. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely...
