"The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable and the staff is super nice. It’s a short walk from the train station and from Centro Storico. But to get to either, you’re walking through a not so nice neighborhood filled with police, which should make it safe. Pool on top of the building with a bar and breakfast was really nice. "The hotel was easy to get to from the airport by taxi. Great location with many nice outdoor restaurants nearby. Safe area patrolled by the police. We were able to take the bus across the plaza from the hotel to the port for our day tour in Capri. The domestic train station is across the street from the hotel as well as the metro system. Our day tour for the Amalfi Coast met in front of the hotel. Overall very pleased with the choice of our hotel. "

"There are a lot of stairs to go up, the elevator is a single one from I think 1930 and I wouldn't trust it. No garbage pail in the room. It was difficult to find, through a big wooden door with no sign from the street. However, with this being said, I would still recommend it. It was very clean, free mini bar restocked everyday, right beside metro and train station and the people were great, very helpful. if you can overcome the stairs I would highly recommend it."

"I was here off season so I believe it would have been better during tourist season. It’s a reasonable hotel with nice pool grounds. You definitely want to have a car while here as there is no public transit nearby. There’s a bus by twenty minute walk but it is surrounded by highways. Crystal Cafe was great and Pizza in the mall nearby was fabulous but it’s a dangerous walk on highways. The staff was helpful when I needed something. Definitely have your Italian translator handy."

"Great hotel - awesome views, service and pools. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable (we had a family triple) The only criticism is having to pay for water in your room. They should have refillable water which saves wasted bottles. Also, expect to pay €20 to get into town or walk for 20 mins or so. We thought that compromise was worth it for the bigger hotel slightly out of town "
