"The condo is in a luxury resort situated in front of a gorgeous uncrowded beach. There is a open air restaurant and bar as you walk into the resort. Two beautiful pools, one with a swim up bar. The resort itself is about 25 minutes west of town. We have been to Puerto several times and this was our first time staying in this area. "This is a property best suited for families with young children. We were 8 people: parents + 3 of our adult kids and their partners. Although some aspects did not meet our expectations, we had a lot of fun and on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give the experience within the property a 7. "Sadly we had difficulty with our stay at this (Vivo) resort and there were quite a few things that didn't work or were simply unacceptable for travelers looking to relax and enjoy a seamless vacation and remote working experience. To be fair, the staff is friendly but under-trained.
