"We were so happy with the location, views, walk to restaurants. Facilities were great, friendly staff. Laundry available. Very tight parking spaces and condensation issues in the bathroom were the only downers. "

"Stayed one night in a lake view spa room after an upgrade which was simply lovely and very cosy. The room was fabulous and the spa a real treat. Staff on check in were very helpful and quick and the staff on the phones were also very helpful. Just a couple of minor downsides - the room service menu was not working through their new online system which they did warn me about, but it took me having to ring up and ask for it to be fixed which could only be done by emailing me a link which...

"The apartment was very spacious, clean and the heating was sufficient. Just be aware that one needs to be physically able to drag the luggage up a steep walk way as there is no lift."

"Stayed for five nights during our honeymoon. Although this hotel is Frankton, we found it to be a great spot in between town and the airport, which a bus stop right outside. Room was spacious and clean, with all amenities. Staff were helpful on check-in and with any questions we had. Surprise delight was the Grazie restaurant in the hotel - some of the best lamb I’ve ever had! "
