"This is a great location in Frankton, quiet, not far from a very busy Queenstown and the views are spectacular from the room. Walking/bike track is excellent. Jean-Pierre the consummate host, nothing too difficult, very generous with his time and advice of what to do, just one of of our best accommodation experiences ever. "The fireplace in the lobby is irresistible, and the couches and interior decor are modern but cosy (the fireplace was what drew me to pick St Moritz and it didn’t disappoint). Loved the room which was more spacious than expected with a super comfy king bed and large shower. The hotel is very environmentally conscious so don't expect slippers or disposable milk pods (you have to request it from reception). "Stayed one night in a lake view spa room after an upgrade which was simply lovely and very cosy. The room was fabulous and the spa a real treat. Staff on check in were very helpful and quick and the staff on the phones were also very helpful. Just a couple of minor downsides - the room service menu was not working through their new online system which they did warn me about, but it took me having to ring up and ask for it to be fixed which could only be done by emailing me a link which...
