This was the best hotel in Queenstown! We stayed twice. Rooms were fantastic - spacious, light filled and so comfortable! Bathrooms were awesome! Loved your staff, they were so helpful and so genuinely nice! Great place to stay!

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service

We stayed one night while visiting Queenstown in the spring. The hotel is beautiful and all of the staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. We were met int the parking lot on arrival and were able to check in our room early. We really enjoyed the happy hour with wine, snacks, and music and the big breakfast.

Lovely little hotel in Queenstown

Wonderful small hotel next to the City Center. Super clean, quiet, walking distance to all restaurants and gondola. We were a family of 3 adults and a room with 2 queen beds worked perfectly for us. A small parking garage was great to park the car. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was awesome and evening drinks and small bites were also very enjoyable. We’d definitely return if our travels bring us back to Queenstown.

Such an excellent hotel!! First time at this hotel but it would be the last. The customer service is amazing, Julian and Laquisha were so wonderful; they made the stay a pleasure, it was like staying at a good friends home. The guest services were also amazing with regards to the cocktail hour and breakfast. Thank you to the team at Park Boutique hotel.

So close to downtown and yet so quiet. Beautiful facilities. Loved the shower and skylight. Heated towel and scented lotions were a pleasant surprise. Made to order breakfast and happy hour added to the experience. But the bed is the highlight, slept fantastic. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel that we were lucky enough to call home for 6 nights. Handy location, not too big not too small, lovely rooms with everything we needed and more, breakfast was amazing, tapas/drinks hour was magic. Always happy to accommodate any requests - bikes and even a lift from Diego. Best of all the friendly staff that made it out home away from home. We will be back.

Beautiful location, comfortable, excellent staff!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The room was beautifully furnished, modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the natural light in the bathroom, and the view of the Skyline Gondola from our patio. The Continental breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the hot items from the daily menu. The best part was the staff; I felt like everybody there really wanted us to have the best experience possible, and were very helpful and friendly. The wine and canape hour in the evening was a bonus! This is my husband’s second time staying here (my first time) and we will definitely stay again.

This is a wonderful boutique hotel within walking distance of all Queenstown attractions. Staff were super helpful and a special shout-out to Diego who went above and beyond to find us alternative activities when our tour to Milford Sound was cancelled due to stormy weather.
