Easy (albeit limited) parking right in front of the property. Lounge makes it convenient to make meals or just lounge around. Room was clean spacious and opens out to a quiet courtyard (2nd floor ones get a small balcony). There were some rooms facing the main street but the windows are pretty well insulated.

The staff were very accommodating when we needed an early check-in. The location is great: it’s walkable to the gondola; stores and restaurants downtown; and the lakefront. There’s no elevator, so be prepared to carry your suitcase up a flight of stairs. Our room had a balcony with an amazing view of Queenstown Bay. Highly recommend staying here!

Room was basic and no TV but Ravi the manager and the staff were fantastic. There is a decent guest room with large TV/foxtel etc + free tea/coffee/cold water & a fridge to store your food n drinks if u need. Very close to Queenstown town centre - an easy walk so super convenient, and staff were happy to store my bags/belongings before and even after my stay which was great. It’s no 5 star resort BUT if your after value for money and convenience to the town centre this place is great

Great room! No faults, the bed was heated and warm through out my sleep which was great. Such a good little surprise to check into. Location was great to walk into town under 5 minutes just down a big hill and then up again and back to the hotel. Highly recommend! Will stay again! A bit outdated but looking at the other hotels they’re all the very similar. Loved the free water to fill up your bottle while you’re on the go!
