We had an excellent stay at Highiew and itbhad a magnificent view. The property was in great condition and close to town and very convenient. The only minor point is parkung can be a little tricky as there are more cars than spots and the on street parking is limited.

If you’re looking for a superbly equipped, very clean and comfortable living space a short walk from town with amazing views, this is it! Excellent communication, nothing in the apartment left to chance, would recommend this as a base and will stay here again!

Beautiful 2 bedroom Lakeview apartment. Views were amazing, apartment is spacious and extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and extremely accomodating. Easy walk into town, easy parking and fabulous gym and jacuzzi. Loved having the kitchen to prepare our own meals.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Some of the rooms are different so do recommend mentioning if you would prefer a shower or bath/shower combo in the studios, and whether you preference an air conditioner in the apartments.

Stunning apartment and views!

The apartment was large, with a full kitchen, comfortable lounge area with fire, very comfortable bed and a large bathroom which included both a bath and separate shower. The views were absolutely amazing! Everything was extremely clean, it was very quiet and parking was provided. It is an easy short walk into the centre (uphill on the way back). Our stay here was unfortunately cut short due to Cyclone Alfred, as our flights were cancelled twice. Rene and his team were amazing and very understanding. Communication with them was excellent and they went out of their way to try to accomodate us when our dates had to change. We can certainly recommend Highview apartments and will definitely stay here again whenever we get the chance.

Views were incredible, the apartment modern and cosy, would have received 10/10 if parking was not a struggle, and reception were helpful, allocated parking would be nice close to the apartment but I had to drive back out to street also a struggle to find one in rain then carry big bags a long way. Reception unfriendly, coffee pods $2 for a broken machine, rules mention fines will be imposed for bodily fluid on bed, just that petty nonsense brings it down. If no chocolates in room just leave it off the advertised description, otherwise it is not true! Be nice to your guests, just a little. Email I could be late was ignored. Staff talking to each other rather than me on check-in. Need a ton of training for an easy job. Go see how Mercure do a brilliant job being guest centred.
