"Wonderful hotel which really suited us. We wanted easy access, great parking, apartment facilities, access to Ravenna's sites and the local area and it exceeded in all of these. The staff were so very helpful directing us to local stuff - buses, free bikes, shops etc. ok, it was a reasonable walk into the centre of town but we did it most days and it was no problem - you could always drive, take the bus or cycle. Our week was too short with so many things to see in the area. We would go back. "

"We enjoyed are stay, the location was great just off the main square and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Staff super friendly. Close to sight, good restaurants, a Coop grocery if you need supplies. Internet was fine. Only complaints, the shower stall was so tiny the water turned off when you turned in the shower. Also, the temperature control did not work so well, there was a thermostat with warm and cool and fan on it but nothing happened no matter what settings we tried. But we liked...

"Location was its best feature (across the street from the train station). You have to call beforehand to make an appointment to check-in since there is no front desk. Service was very chaotic (they misunderstood how many people were staying in the room, they didn't know we had already paid for the room, they gave us the key to the wrong room's safe, etc.) but they made up for it by being friendly and cheerful unlike many other hotels in northern Italy where the staff can be frosty and awkward....

"The hotel is in close proximity to the train station. Our room was small but comfortable, It's relatively new and clean, the bathroom has a nice shower and a bidet.. The common areas are well lit and tidy. The breakfast was unexpectedly good with a lot of choices. The front desk staff were quite helpful and accommodating despite the language barrier. They did their best to tell us our way around Ravenna and helped us arrange for our transportation to the cruise port. I highly recommend the...

"Beach view at Ravenna"

"The hotel is a little dated but it’s clean, conveniently located near the cruise port and the staff are great. They were able to arrange taxis for our group of 8 to the cruise port and allowed us to store our luggage on-site while we waited for our noon checkin for our cruise. The lady who works in the dining room for breakfast was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure the teenagers travelling with us got something they liked and that that my 70 year old mother could find the coffee...

" We had a big problem with mosquitos. The external blinds for windows roll into a box inside which is not properly sealed. When the lights are on in the evening the apartments is full of mosquitoes that bite you all night and keep you awake. Filling in the gaps in the wall with toilet paper and a spare blanket was rather irritating. Otherwise it is a very good place. The apartment is close to the beach and there is a bus stop right in front, so it is well connected. But you do need a car or...
