"When we checked in noone in the reception told us that there is no hot water in the hotel. Noone informed us about the problem and what they can offer us to solve the problem (offer other hotel, for example). We talked with other guests, and they told us that there is no hot water already from the day before. So in my check-in they already new that. We had no shower for 2 days. No hot water and not even sorry from the part of the hotel. We check out without having a hot water...and shower. For...

"Center of the old town directly across from the fabulous Mercato Coperto. A small guest house with only 7 rooms. There is a lift but all rooms require some stairs. The room was spacious - largest of the 4 rooms in the last 12 days. It’s decorated in keeping with the restored period building it is in. Like most Italian hotels in summer, the A/C is underpowered. Staff very helpful and welcoming."

"It was hot in my room the only thing working with the ceiling fan I went to the desk and they told me that they already shut the AC system off because it was off season controlling how a customer feels in the room I don't think it's cool"

"The hotel is a lovely, old building with a renovated interior. It’s in a great location, close to everything one would need as a tourist. The only complaint is that no beds were the same in comfort level. Our friends had a bed that was plush compared to ours, which felt like we were sleeping on a boxspring!
