Staff, including housekeeping, were excellent. This is an older stately hotel with lots of charm and ambiance. There’s also a small chapel in the back lobby area. The room was clean and everything worked well. Good European breakfast, excellent coffee ! Easily walkable to most local sites. Bus and train stations are 5 minutes from the hotel.

Very comfortable beds with accommodating and pleasant staff. This hotel is conveniently located near both the train station and museums. Ravenna is a city for tourists and is far less crowded than the big cities like Florence.

I stayed here for two nights as part of a holiday through northern Italy. Location was practical (close to both centre and train station - I was travelling by train), staff was friendly and helpful, and the room had everything that I needed. Will recommend.
