"The hotel staff are EXCELLENT. Especially Dina. We were stuck in Rimini for 5 days due to the UK ATC issue and Ryanair’s incompetence. "Wifi signal was too low to be used in my room. Also the internet was very slow when connected to the wifi. Their wifi and internet need to be updated. Also the refrigerator was not working in my room. Regarding the breakfast, there was either no or little vegetable, while there were so many options or bread and cakes. It needs a better balance. Free bicycle was good. Overall, this hotel is a 3 star hotel although they claim 4 star. I would not stay here again if go to Rimini in the future....
