Sehr freundliches Personal. Wasserspender für Hotelgäste. Frühstück mega lecker viel Auswahl an Süßen Sachen Obst wechselend Variationen Aufschnitt nicht viel was aber auch besser ist wozu brauche ich 10 Sorten Wurst oder Käse.

Schönes Hotel, nettes und freundliches Personal. Frühstück sehr lecker und ausreichend. Mit dem Bus nach Rimini oder Riccione, super praktisch. Kostenloses Fahrräder unbedingt für eine abendliche Fahrt an der Promenade zum Hafen nutzen und zurück durch die Stadt, wunderbar.

Hotel qui ne mérite pas sa 4eme étoile

L'hôtel Cristallo est très bien situé au centre de Rimini à quelques pas de la plage. Cependant, cet hôtel est vieillissant et ne mérite à mon sens pas sa 4e étoile. L'hôtel ne dispose pas d'une piscine, les chambres sont vieillissantes avec la porte des toilettes qui était cassée dans la mienne. Les douches sont assez serrées ce qui n'est pas agréable. Concernant la climatisation, elle fuyait dans une des deux chambres que nous avions réservée. De plus, dans une des deux chambres que nous avions réservée, le lit n'avait pas été effectué comme réservé (2 lits simples), nous avions du donc le faire nous-même. Malgré ces défauts, l'hôtel reste propre et le petit-déjeuner est correct grâce au travail du personnel de l'hôtel

Wir haben hier ein paar Tage mit der Familie verbracht und waren durchweg zufrieden. Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Viele Mitarbeiter sprechen Deutsch und sind bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind nicht mehr ganz neu aber Ordentlich sodas es von uns nichts zu beanstanden gab. Einzig die Kissen sind etwas klein, dies ist aber in vielen Hotels der Fall. Wer es weiß bringt sich halt ein größeres mit. Wir würden dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Un "CRISTALLO" senza difetti !

Nella mia mini vacanza, non sono riuscito a trovare 1 solo difetto a questo hotel. Camere abbastanza ampie, ristrutturate e pulitissime. Wifi perfetto. Colazione dolce e salata di grandissimo livello, distributore per acqua liscia e gassata e bici gratuite a disposizione. Ampio garage sotterraneo per auto (a pagamento), ma circa 7 posti gratuiti in superficie, comodo anche per chi arriva in treno, bus linea 11 fermata n. 19. Ottimo il rapporto qualita'/ prezzo. Un meritato applauso ai titolari, famiglia Berardi, al personale della reception, della sala colazioni, della pulizia ai piani. Tornero' ancora qui in cerca di difetti, che non trovero' mai !

Arrivati tardi, faccio una doccia e mi accorgo che il phon non funziona. Chiamo reception ed il telefono non funziona. Alla reception mi dicono che non hanno altri phon... Devo dormire con i capelli bagnati. Chiediamo al bar una bottiglia d'acqua e ci dicono che servono solo in varaffe. La struttura non è male, ma la gestione va migliorata

Un sorriso ed un aperitivo all'arrivo, dopo un giorno di fiera... ;una camera spaziosa ad accogliermi per un agognato sonno; una tavolata di dolci fatti in casa e di piadine golose per la prima colazione, prima di ripartire.... Un soggiorno più che piacevole, in un'atmosfera familiare, in una Rimini che ancora profumava d'estate.

Zona non bellissima di Rimini. Al nostro arrivo alla reception ci ha accolti anche un cane che fa parte dello staff...io capisco l'amore per gli animali, ma c'è anche chi potrebbe non gradire la presenza di animali per una questione di "paura" frutto di brutte esperienze vissute durante l'infanzia. Non ci dovrebbe nemmeno essere bisogno di giustificazioni...se un CLIENTE non gradisce la presenza di un cane che scorazza libero, basta!, lo togli! Invece c'è stato bisogno di più rimostranze per godermi serenamente il mio ingresso/uscita in hotel.

Professionalità, pulizia e cortesia. Posizione centrale. Camere ampie, ben climatizzate, letto come quello di casa. Colazione varia e abbondante. Molto comodo l'utilizzo gratuito delle bici. Solamente la Jacuzzi non apprezzata per le dimensioni e per la collocazione. Da provare!

Not too far from the beach.

Three star hotel, nothing special. The staff was friendly. The room was located above a very loud street. Parking cost 10 euro, city tax 2 euro each and if you wanna enjoy the beach another 14 euro for umbrella and two chairs.

A PLESANT SURPRISE

Though only a 3 star, the hotel was fantastic. Great, welcoming staff who can't do enough for you; especially Teija, a receptionist. They're full of information and gave lots of suggestions about where to go and what do (i.e. festivals). Good breakfast was provided though there were limited supplies which meant frequent replenishment by staff. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Excellent air conditioning which was pivotal for us in the Italian climate, given we took advantages of their free bikes. This allowed us to ride around the sites (i.e. along the beach) rather than walking or taking the bus - though the buses were frequent and fast. The hotel is in a great location, where it is not only directly outside bus stop 19 (giving direct access to Rimini train station, bus stop 4) but it is also adjacent to many shops, pubs and restaurants and the beach.
