I was a little disappointed that I booked VIP but the only VIP bonus was a couple extra beers & there was no complimentary room upgrade available. "We had an AMAZNG TIME. When we arrive the staff welcomed us warmly and knew that we were returning after 20 years! I had a knew accident and they had a doctor come immediately and set me up at a fabulous local hospital where i got A+ treatment -- and wheni returned there were flowers in the room with a Get well card signed by the staff. "I stayed here for a concert that was happening at Thunderdome nearby. The service during check-in was excellent, staff asked if we were there for the show and knew the band which really made us feel welcome! Loved how the hotel is connected by sky bridge to not just the concert venue but also a mall and the convention centre. The room suited our needs for the short stay and it was a perfectly comfortable night. "
